Suitable as a substitute for chopped meat.

Preparation

Mix 2-3 g Himalayan salt and 1 tablespoon salt-free seasoning in 300 g of boiling water, then pour over 100 g of pea protein cubes, cover and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Stir into the dish as a final step and just heat it through for a few minutes, do not cook any longer.
