Janet’s Just Delicious Roast Red Pepper Sauce 350g

Janet’s Just Delicious Roasted Red Pepper Sauce with Rosemary is slow cooked with juicy ripe tomatoes, onions, fresh herbs and spices. It is ideal as a pasta sauce or everyday cooking sauce. Carrot puree is used in the recipe as a natural sweetener. Sweet red peppers, high in vitamin C and antioxidants are roasted to bring out their flavour and added into the sauce with a hint of fresh rosemary. Onions add great flavour & are specially blended into the sauces so children cannot pick them out! This sauce tastes delicious and is really nutritious.

Simply heat the sauce and add your freshly cooked pasta and stir through. Finish with a generous helping of freshly grated parmesan or pecorino cheese. It is an excellent sauce for making homemade vegetable ratatouille.
